Ingredients

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups pecan pieces
- 1/2 refrigerated pie crust
- 1/2 cup pecan halves
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F
- In a large bowl whisk together butter, corn syrup and brown sugar
- In a small bowl whisk together eggs
- Slowly whisk the eggs into the sugar mixture
- Add vanilla, mix
- Fold in pecan pieces
- Grease 4 8oz wide mouthed glass mason jars
- Press 1/4 of the pie crust into the bottom of each jar
- Fill each jar with 1/4 pie mixture
- Top with whole pecans
- *Place jars on a small baking sheet
- Bake for 40-45 minutes
- Serve warm
Notes
*Bake jars on a baking sheet in case they bubble over
Decorate jars with a twine bow for an extra touch!
