Description
3 bananas
2/3 cup peanut butter
6 popsicle sticks
2/3 cup dark chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp Sprinkles
2 tbsp Shredded Coconut
Ingredients
Prep a baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper
Peel the bananas and slice of the ends, cut each banana in half
Using a butter knife and holding the banana by the ends, coat the outside with a thick coating of peanut butter
Lay the peanut butter covered bananas on the parchment paper on the baking sheet, make sure they are not touching
Insert a popsicle stick halfway into each banana
Put in freezer for at least 1 hour
Before taking the bananas out of the freezer, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together*
Once frozen, remove bananas from freezer, dip each peanut butter banana pop into the chocolate, use a spoon to help coat completely
Sprinkle with toppings, return to baking sheet
Freeze for at least 1 more hour
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks

*In the microwave on defrost, check and mix every 30 seconds until melted smooth
