Potatoes
- 6 yukon gold potatoes
- 1/2 tbs sea salt
- 1/2 tbs black pepper
- 1 tbs oregano
- 1 tbs parsley
- 2 tsp onion powder
Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 2 tbs dill
- sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Potatoes
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Slice potatoes thin
- Toss potatoes with olive oil and spices
- Bake 25-30 minutes until golden brown
Sauce
- Whisk together mayonnaise and rice wine vinegar
- Mix in garlic and dill
- Add sea salt and black pepper to taste
