- 4 cups baby carrots
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp orange zest
- 2 tbsp fresh squeeze orange juice
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp rosemary
- 1 tbsp thyme
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400°F
- Put baby carrots in a large bowl, set aside
- In a small sauce pan, melt the butter over low heat
- Once the butter starts to melt add the honey, orange zest, orange juice, sea salt and rosemary
- Simmer over low heat for a few minutes until the glaze becomes fragrant
- Pour the glaze over the carrots, toss to coat
- Spread carrots onto a baking sheet
- Place baking sheet in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, tossing once
- Remove carrots from the oven and sprinkle them with thyme
- Cool for a few minutes and serve
