- 1/2 cup roasted unsalted peanuts
- 8 dates, pitted
- 2 tbs raw agave
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In your food processor, process peanuts on high until smooth
- Add dates, process on high
- Add oats, agave and coconut oil, process on high until mixture starts to form a ball
- Add raisins, dried cranberries and chocolate chips, pulse until chopped, but not fully processed (you want small chunks of the add-ins)
- Dump mixture onto a clean, dry surface
- Form into golf-ball sized balls
- Refrigerate for best taste
