- 2 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 2 oz semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
- In a double boiler, melt chocolate and butter until smooth
- Remove from heat, whisk sugar into chocolate mixture
- Add eggs one at a time
- Mix in cocoa powder until combined
- Pour mixture into a greased 9-inch cake pan
- Bake for 20-22 minutes until set
- Let cool
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired, before serving
