- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup fig butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 large cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 6 4oz boneless pork chops, 1-inch thick
- 2 tbsp butter
- 8oz baby bella mushrooms
Instructions
- In a small bowl mix together the balsamic vinegar, fig butter, soy sauce, crushed garlic, onion powder and salt
- Put the pork chops in a gallon sized Ziploc bag pour the balsamic mixture into the bag with the pork chops
- Spread evenly and marinate at least 1 hour
- Heat the butter over medium high heat in a large skillet
- Add the pork chops, pour the marinade over the meat
- Cook 4-6 minutes on each side until cooked through
- Set pork chops aside
- Lower heat to medium, add mushrooms to the skillet
- Cook 3-4 minutes
- Serve pork chops with mushrooms and sauce poured overtop
