Ingredients

- 4 eggs
- 2 cups eggnog (homemade or store bought)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 8–10 1-inch thick slices of white bread
Instructions
- Grease and pre-heat skillet to medium heat
- Crack eggs into a large bowl, whisk
- Whisk in eggnog, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg
- Dip bread into egg mixture so it is fully coated
- Place bread in skillet
- Cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown
- Repeat until all bread is cooked
- Serve immediately
