Coconut Almond Butter

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp shredded, unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°
  2. Spread almonds on a baking sheet
  3. Put in oven, dry roast for 15 minutes, tossing once halfway through
  4. Cool almonds
  5. Put roasted almonds, coconut oil, coconut and sea salt in the food processor
  6. Process on high until smooth
  7. Store at room temperature
